Just Imagine…

Imagine what would have happened if over 100 heavily armed Black Lives Matter activists had occupied a federal building and declared that they would “kill or die” to defy the government and assert their freedoms.

Yeehawdi

Or if Bernie Sanders supporters had beaten opposition protesters, on orders from Bernie up there on the podium while the beatings took place.

Or if President Obama had been caught taking bribes from a foreign government in order to sabotage congress.

Or if Ice T had toured the country waving guns around and claiming he was ready to shoot and kill President Bush.

Or if Democrats kept voting to defund the Faith-Based Initiative (passed by President Bush, which gives federal funding to religious organizations), or held over 40 hearings about the administration’s response to 9/11.

Imagine the uproar if CNN was owned by foreign citizens (one of them an Arab prince) and told its viewers to overthrow their “tyrannical” government.

Or if Tea Party protesters had been beaten and tear-gassed by cops, with little white girls being smashed into the pavement, and little white boys being gunned down at a rate of one or two every week or so, by Black police officers who then became folk heroes for having done so.

Or if a Black person had murdered more than a dozen people in one white church, while Muslims or other dark-skinned folks had burned down over a dozen other white churches.

Or if Muslim, Black or gay activists had began passing laws that allowed them to discriminate against Christians all over the nation.

Just imagine that.

And then stop saying that “both sides are the same.”

Because the evidence proves they are not.

And goddammit, it IS about race and skin color.

Stop buying the lies. And by all that’s holy, stop making excuses for what’s going down here.
